ProfessorBainbridge.com Is Back (But With a New Name)
The return of an eclectic journal on Catholicism, politics, culture, food and wine, and miscellaneous musings now at StephenBainbridge.com
I started blogging back in 2003, using TypePad as my hosting service. When TypePad was on its last legs, I started a Substack newsletter called BainbridgeOn.Corporations.
The old blog, ProfessorBainbridge-dot-com, started out covering my vocational interests in corporate law and governance, but soon evolved into an eclectic journal featuring posts on law in general, law school gossip, food and wine, Catholicism, miscellaneous gripes, etc.
When TypePad went out of business, PB.com disappeared into the Wayback Machine.
BainbridgeOnCorporations was intended—and will remain—an outlet for my vocational interests. Although it is not intended as legal advice, I view it as just as much a service as my regular scholarship. Accordingly, that newsletter charges a subscription fee.
But I found myself missing having an outlet for the sort of non-corporate law/governance stuff my old blog covered. So, I’ve started a second Substack—a revived PB.com that will offer my musings on Catholicism, politics, culture, food and wine, and assorted miscellany. It is and will remain free.
